- 02Submit your details at https://www.beeprewards.com/merchants and a our Merchant Team will contact you. Otherwise you can simply drop us an email at merchants@beeprewards.com.
- 03A % of spending by users who are referred by you are allocated as part of your referral rewards.
- 04Chain stores will have their own individual accounts for read-only info with a main account.
- 05Merchant rebates are based on performance of Beep’s growth and can vary depending on seasons.
- 06Our merchant success team will provide training, marketing collateral, and ongoing support to optimise your rewards.
- 07Yes. All transactions are encrypted and compliant with Singapore regulations.
- 08We provide merchants their own portal which shows a break down of all transactions, total rewards given our alliance rewards.
- 09No. You can leave Beep anytime, though most merchants stay because the benefits are clear.
- 10By rewarding customers for repeat visits and referrals, Beep motivates them to spend more and return to your shop.
- 11No. There are no setup fees, subscription charges, or hidden costs.
- 12Beep only earns when you earn, by taking a small commission from transactions tied to rewards.
- 13We have different tiers that merchants can choose from and you can decide what’s sustainable for your business.
- 14F&B outlets, cafés, minimarts, salons, gyms, retail stores, tuition centres, home and living, and any service-based or retail shops.
- 15Depending on the type of tier, rewards back to users and merchants can be higher and more advertising benefits will be available through our social media and app.
- 16Most merchants are onboarded within 3 to 7 business days, subjected to KYC approval.
- 17Higher tiered merchants may have reduced and totally free transaction fees which are absorbed by Beep.
- 18Both. Existing customers are more loyal, and new customers discover you through the Beep loyalty ecosystem network.
- 19Yes. You’re in full control — adjust it anytime to match your business bandwidth.
- 20No. Beep is designed to work alongside your current POS. We will guide you through the simple setup via your mobile device and web based login.
- 21Everything is digital. Customers’ rewards are stored in the Beep app.
- 22Yes. You can work with Beep to run specialised promotions for your customers.
- 23No Beep Rewards have no affiliation with Beep Philippines.
