CNY SCRATCH CARD PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITION (BEEP X SIAM CUISINE)

CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Definitions
    1.1. “Promotion” means this Chinese New Year scratch & win campaign operated by the promotion organiser in collaboration with participating merchant.
    1.2. “Merchant” means Siam Cuisine outlet accepting the Scratch Cards under this Promotion.
    1.3. “Scratch Card” means the physical card issued under this Promotion, showing a prize value of S$2, S$5 or S$10.
    1.4. “Prize” means the face value printed on the Scratch Card, redeemable as a discount against an eligible bill.
    1.5. “Beep Rewards App” means the mobile application used for payment and rewards under this Promotion.
    1.6. “Promotion Period” means the period from the date the Promotion is first deployed at a participating Merchant outlet until 28 February 2026 (inclusive).
     

  2. Promotion Period and Eligibility
    2.1. The Promotion is a Chinese New Year campaign and is valid only during the Promotion Period.
    2.2. The Promotion is open to dine-in customers at participating Merchant outlets only, unless otherwise stated in-store.
    2.3. Each table / group of patrons is entitled to one (1) Scratch Card per dine-in visit, while stocks last.
    2.4. There is no minimum spend required to receive a Scratch Card.
     

  3. Prize Values
    3.1. Each Scratch Card reveals one of the following Prize values: S$2, S$5 or S$10.
    3.2. The Prize is applied as a discount on an eligible bill that meets the redemption conditions in Clause 4.
     

  4. Redemption Conditions
    4.1. Redemption is strictly limited to bills paid via the Beep Rewards App. A Scratch Card Prize cannot be redeemed on any bill paid by other methods alone (for example: cash, non-Beep card transactions, or other e-wallets without Beep).
    4.2. To redeem a Prize, the following conditions must all be met:
    (a) The bill is paid via the Beep Rewards App; and
    (b) The bill amount is strictly above the Prize value in the same transaction.

    - Example:
    - For a S$2 Prize, the bill must be above S$2.
    - For a S$5 Prize, the bill must be above S$5.
    - For a S$10 Prize, the bill must be above S$10.

    4.3. The relevant minimum bill amount is calculated before applying the Prize discount, and after any other applicable discounts or promotions, unless stated otherwise by the Merchant in-store.
    4.4. Scratch Cards cannot be combined:
    - Only one (1) Scratch Card may be redeemed per bill, regardless of how many Scratch Cards the customer holds.
    - Scratch Cards may not be used together with other Scratch Cards in the same bill, unless expressly allowed by the Merchant.
    4.5. Scratch Cards may be used on a subsequent visit to the same Merchant during the Promotion Period, subject to any expiry date printed on the card or stated in-store, and subject always to Clause 4.1 (payment via Beep Rewards App).
    4.6. Scratch Cards are valid only at the participating Merchant outlet(s) indicated in-store.
     

  5. Validity and Risk
    5.1. Each Scratch Card is valid until the earlier of:
    (a) the expiry date printed on the card (if any); or
    (b) the end of the Promotion Period on 28 February 2026.
    After that, Scratch Cards will not be accepted.
    5.2. Lost, stolen, defaced, altered, photocopied, or damaged Scratch Cards will not be replaced, reissued, or honoured.
    5.3. Scratch Cards are not legal tender, are not reloadable, and have no cash value outside this Promotion.
     

  6. Nature of Prizes
    6.1. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other items and are non-refundable, whether in whole or in part.
    6.2. Prizes are subject to availability. The organiser and/or Merchant may substitute a similar discount or benefit of equal value where necessary.
     

  7. Fraud, Misuse, and Termination
    7.1. The organiser and/or Merchant reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or terminate the Promotion at any time, or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
    7.2. The organiser and/or Merchant may reject or void any Scratch Card that:
    (a) is obtained or suspected to be obtained fraudulently;
    (b) is used or suspected to be used in breach of these Terms and Conditions; or
    (c) appears altered, copied, or tampered with.
    7.3. The organiser may investigate any suspected fraudulent redemptions and may withhold or claw back any benefit obtained through misuse.
     

  8. Liability
    8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser and Merchants shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or injury suffered by any person arising from or in connection with the Promotion, the Scratch Cards, or the use of any Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
     

  9. General
    9.1. By receiving or redeeming a Scratch Card, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
    9.2. Any additional in-store conditions notified by the Merchant (for example, excluded items or time restrictions) shall apply to the use of the Prize at that Merchant.
